Christmas this year was the best ever. May each year continue to be thus for years to come!
We celebrated Christmas Eve at our daughter and son-in-law's house along with her in-laws, our adult grandchildren, and 7 year old granddaughter Emily, then Christmas Day "chez nous" with both of our children, our son-in-law and Emily (seen in our annual Christmas photo).
It was a reminder that nothing beats lots of conversation and laughter accompanied by good food in a warm, loving environment. Of course, beribboned presents in colorful wrapping paper are not too bad either!
